Yes, we offer laser engraving on all our sharpeners but we don’t recommend logo engraving on our grey ceramic sharpeners due to that the result may be a little poor depending on the logo design.
Yes you can. Preferrably pack the knife in its sheath. Remember to pack the knife very well so that there is no risk of it cutting through the packing material. It is possible to send in several knives in the same package. Also remember to enclose your contact information and a description of how you want the engraving to look like, font, placement etc. If you want a logotype engraving, please email your logo file to firstname.lastname@example.org in advance. When the engraving is done, you will receive an email with payment instructions and total amount. Can be paid with Visa or Mastercard. Return shipping is paid by you as a customer.

No, the delivery time will be the same. We will make the engraving the same day we receive your order and usually ship your order the same day as well.
Delivery to alternative addresses are not possible. Only to your registered home address.
All customers have the right to regret the purchase within 14 days from the day of receiving the goods. Even if the customer regrets the purchase he or she has to collect the goods and after that return it to Fällkniven AB. If returning the receipt has to be attached. Please contact Fällkniven AB before returning the goods. When returning the purchase, the goods have to be in the same condition as when delivered. Engraved products are not covered by the return policy. The customer has to pay for the return freight and is also responsible for delivery to Fällkniven AB. No, we only offer our regrinding service on our own products.
We always try to regrind your knife the same day that it arrives to our facility. Then the shipping time is naturally different depending on what country you are located in. But 5-7 working days for the whole process inside of Sweden and up to 2-3 weeks outside of Sweden, maybe even longer outside of the EU. Still very difficult to estimate delivery times due to Covid related problems in certain countries.
