Trimmer stylist hairdressing scissors. Elmax steel.
215 in stock
These neat hairdressing scissors for professional use are significantly different from other scissors in the same size because their handles are made of a particularly high quality steel, namely Elmax, an ultra-modern Swedish powder steel. This means that the scissors stay sharp much longer before they need to be sharpened.
Since they are mounted with a bolt and nut, you can adjust the inertia in the way that fits your preferences. A tip – don’t screw them too hard! If you happen to lose the bolt+nut, we have them as spare parts that can be easily ordered from our website at a low cost.
To get a long life from these exquisite hairdressing scissors, we recommend that you only cut hair and nothing else. We offer other scissors of the same quality for all-round use, so don’t be tempted to use these very special, handmade scissors for anything other than hair cutting!
Just as a quality knife loses its sharpness after long use, so do scissors. Don’t leave the scissors to a regular sharpener, but to a scissors specialist. You take care of your scissors by keeping them clean! The easiest way is to wash them in hot water and a little detergent and let them dry before putting them away.
Just cut hair! Don’t cut in the air! There are two super sharp edges that go against each other and if there is nothing there, the edge will wear faster than necessary. Of course, these scissors can cut many other materials than hair, but if you start using them for purposes other than cutting hair, you will soon notice that they are no longer razor sharp. So, just cut hair with these scissors!
Should you damage the edge, we can usually sharpen the scissors so that they regain full function. The cost for this is 250.00 including VAT and return shipping as a registered letter is added.
Our 10-year warranty applies to material and manufacturing defects, i.e. defects that are not visible during manufacture but that are discovered during use. No warranties apply to normal wear, corrosion and obvious incorrect use.
