How do I return my order?

All customers have the right to regret the purchase within 14 days from the day of receiving the goods. Even if the customer regrets the purchase he or she has to collect the goods and after that return it to Fällkniven AB. If returning the receipt has to be attached. Please contact Fällkniven AB before returning the goods. When returning the purchase, the goods have to be in the same condition as when delivered. Engraved products are not covered by the return policy. The customer has to pay for the return freight and is also responsible for delivery to Fällkniven AB. Returned products will be compensated with the value of goods.
